Injury reduction: become a healthier athlete and human being. Even if you take a weird fall, plant awkwardly, get in an uncomfortable situation, your chances for getting seriously hurt in these circumstances will oftentimes be significantly lower!
Recovery, mobility, and meditation day: it's more than just the training. At the end of each week of intense training, we ensure that you're able to recharge and maximize your hard-earned results.
How is the program organized? The program is organized into daily workouts, 5 days per week. It works in 4-week phases that build up specific athletic qualities each month, before a deload week the final.
What resources do I need? Preferably full weight room with the basics: dumbbells, barbells, plates, and a few med balls/bands. But, the vast majority of exercises have replacements or regressions with limited equipment!
What skill and athleticism level is it designed for? Each exercises can be adjusted based on proficiency and experience level. The program was designed for athletes with some experience in the weight room, but with the proper regressions, I have gone through the program with beginners who have been able to see huge benefits and the perfect amount of challenge.
How long are the workouts? Depending on the day, if you have a partner, and how fast you move through the exercises, the workouts can last between 45 mins and a bit over an hour. The great thing is that you're pretty in control of this, and I encourage adding or cutting out reps to perfectly customize the length of the workout.
Can I do the program during my season? 100%. Athletes should remain training in-season to not only maintain but improve their strength, explosiveness, and other physical qualities required to be primed up and prevent injuries. We'd suggest, if you're a high-minute player, cutting down reps and jumps, but it's vital to remain on a program.
