But over the last six or seven years as I've worked with thousands of athletes around the world of every level, and including some of the best in the world, I've been able to see how powerful it is to have elite psychological skills.
It truly separates good from great, and you'd be surprised how much potential you have hidden under some hidden mental skills.

On-court psychological drills: these are quick drills or exercises you can add to your already-existing skills program that will check a number of mental skills boxes, including shooting with pressure, looking and playing more confident, entering the flow state, and more!
Instructional videos: breaking down the most important psycholoogical skills, how to develop them, and simple tips to apply these on a daily basis! This includes videos diving into the science and art behind confidence, meditation, the flow state, ending overthinking habits, building a routine, and much more!
Mental skills exercises or challenges: every day, you'll have a challenge that will build a specific mental skill (or multiple). These won't be easy, but are your daily deposits, just like your skills workouts, and will help you see big progressions in your on-court psychology.
Meditation training: learn all of the different types of meditation, why we do them, how to implement them practically into your routine, and receive a full meditation schedule and guide to apply! This is something 99% of hoopers do not apply, but is a constant in many elite players' regimens.
You'll feel way more confident. Having developed a new perspective on yourself, your game, and basketball in general, you'll feel way more assured in your talents and assertive with your game!
You'll overthink less! All hoopers deal with this from time to time, and if you're a dedicated hooper, I'm sure it feels like a limiting factor in your game. This program is equipped with all the tools to ensure you learn to let yourself go and play free.
You'll play better in-game. This program is aimed towards real-game transfer, over the course of your career (whether this is a pickup basketball hoop career, a long professional career, and everything in between!). But just as importantly, you'll become equipped for anything life throws at you, off the court.
How is the program organized? The program is 60 days, organized into daily mental workouts. Each day has its own routine, which consists of meditation, a quick reminder video, a mental challenge, an on-court supplement, and a journaling option.
What resources do I need? Just you, your mind, and if possible, a basket and a ball on some days to apply these skills through the on-court supplement. That's it! Preferably, you also have the opportunity to play basketball in live settings to apply these skills, too.
What skill level is it designed for? Every hooper, from casual to professional.
How long are the workouts? Depending on the day, about an hour over the course of the 24 hours. Meditation usually lasts between 5-20 minutes, the mental challenge can span from 5-45 minutes, and the optional on-court drills are short and can simply be added to your existing training program!
Can I do the program during my season? 100%! In fact, this is probably the perfect time to do so, as you can truly experiment with each of the mental skills you're developing in real-time.
