We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information to third parties. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

8. International Data Transfers

ADAPT Academy operates globally and serves athletes from numerous countries. As a US-based organization, personal data you provide may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your home country.

For athletes and families based in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or other regions with specific data transfer requirements, we take reasonable steps to ensure that such transfers are conducted in compliance with applicable regulations. By enrolling in an ADAPT Academy program, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States for the purposes described in this policy.

9. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Sensitive data such as payment information is processed through secure, encrypted third-party payment systems.

However, no method of data transmission or storage is completely secure. We encourage you to take precautions to protect your personal information and to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your data.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, maintain program records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Medical records and emergency contact information for minors are retained for the duration of their participation and for a reasonable period thereafter. When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

• Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold

• Correction: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information

• Deletion: request deletion of personal information, subject to legal and safety exceptions
