Frequently asked questions

All Virtual Academy programs are 10-12 weeks, with the exception of the Ultimate Athleticism Program (much longer) and the Advanced Ballhandling Extension (more of a weekly routine). Each of these are organized into daily workouts in a strategically planned order (for example: Week 3, Day 4: Acceleration Technique). Then, we use the weekends to attack other important pieces of a holistic training schedule, such as mobility, meditation, recovery, IQ, and more.
The USP can be done with a simple hoop and basketball. Preferably, you'll have access to a partner, a group, or pickup games at some point throughout the week, but it's not required.
Each workout is adjustable based on how much time you have, and for skill level. They can take anywhere from 45 minutes to two hours depending on how you're feeling and how much time you have.
Each drill can be adjusted based on skill level. All programs have been tested on players of all levels (intermediate youth up to NBA players), with progressions and regressions to make it easier or more difficult.
